Minneapolis to Baltimore Solidarity March
Minneapolis, MN

On April 29th, 2015, thousands in Minneapolis joined in on nationwide marches in solidarity with the Baltimore Uprising which spawned from police brutality and the recent killing of Freddie Gray by the police. The action in Minneapolis started at Gold Medal Park, eventually moving to occupy Washington Avenue before taking the Hennepin Avenue bridge which connects downtown to Northeast Minneapolis.
